Public Hearing on Proposed Changes to Oklahoma Fish and Game Laws

The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation wild hold a public hearing on Jan. 6, 2015 to provide the public with an opportunity to comment on proposed changes to a number of rules. The hearing will be held at 7 p.m. at the ODWC headquarters at 1801 N Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105. In addition, comments may be made through Jan. 9 at 4:30 p.m. via an online comment form.

Each rule change proposal pertains to Title 800 of the Oklahoma Administrative Code. Title 800 is used by the Wildlife Commission to set fish and wildlife rules. The links below will open the “strikeout and underline” version of the code, where text with a line through it (strikeout) is proposed for deletion, and text underlined is proposed for addition. Only those subchapters, sections and subsections with proposed changes are included.
